Content Policy
Content Security Policy (CSP) is an added layer of security that helps to detect and mitigate certain types
of attacks, including Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and data injection attacks. These attacks are used for
everything from data theft, to site defacement, to malware distribution.
CSP is designed to be fully backward compatible (except CSP version 2 where there are some
explicitly-mentioned inconsistencies in backward compatibility; more details here section 1.1). Browsers
that don't support it still work with servers that implement it, and vice versa: browsers that don't support
CSP ignore it, functioning as usual, defaulting to the standard same-origin policy for web content. If the
site doesn't offer the CSP header, browsers likewise use the standard same origin policy.
Advertising Content
(a) MAGNOLIA shall have the right to cancel any purchased advertising or portion thereof covered by this
contract in order to broadcast any program (or publish any content) which, in its absolute discretion, it
deems to be of public significance. In any such case, MAGNOLIA will notify AGENCY or ADVERTISER in advance
if reasonably possible, but where such notice cannot reasonably be given MAGNOLIA will notify AGENCY or
ADVERTISER promptly after such scheduled broadcast/publication has been cancelled.
(b) If AGENCY or ADVERTISER and MAGNOLIA cannot agree upon a satisfactory substitute day and time, the
broadcast/publication time so preempted shall be deemed cancelled without affecting the rates, discounts, or
rights provided under this contract, except that AGENCY or ADVERTISER shall not have to pay the cancelled
MAGNOLIA charges.
