Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of LocalWebShopper or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their content but grant LocalWebShopper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operation, as described in the Content Policy.
Medical and Regulated Products Disclaimer
LocalWebShopper does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. Businesses offering regulated products or services (including medical or pharmaceutical items) are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, FDA regulations, and licensing requirements.
Suspension and Termination
LocalWebShopper reserves the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable policies • Remove content without notice when legally required or necessary Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LOCALWEBSHOPPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCALWEBSHOPPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. LOCALWEBSHOPPER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOCALWEBSHOPPER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LocalWebShopper from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your content • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which LocalWebShopper is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

Severability
